1. The service

ParallelFolio lets you record accounts, cash flows, trades, investment decisions, and hypothetical alternative paths, then review calculations based on those records.

ParallelFolio is an information and record-keeping tool. It is not a broker, investment adviser, tax adviser, custodian, exchange, or bank, and it does not execute trades or hold customer funds.

ParallelFolio 用于记录账户、现金流、交易、投资决策和假设替代路径，并根据这些记录提供复盘计算。

ParallelFolio 是信息整理和记录工具，不是券商、投资顾问、税务顾问、托管机构、交易所或银行，也不执行交易或保管客户资金。

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement and provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for access to your email account and for activity performed through your ParallelFolio account.
• You must not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, probe security, upload malicious content, or interfere with other users.

• 你必须具备签订本协议的法律能力，并提供准确的账户信息。
• 你应妥善管理登录邮箱，并对通过你的 ParallelFolio 账户进行的活动负责。
• 不得利用本服务违法、侵害他人权利、探测安全漏洞、上传恶意内容或干扰其他用户。

3. Your records and license

You retain ownership of the records and files you submit. You grant us only the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, and display them to operate and secure the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of imported or manually entered data. Calculations can be affected by missing prices, currency rates, corporate actions, or incorrect source records.

你保留所提交记录和文件的所有权，仅授予我们为运行和保护服务而进行托管、处理、备份和展示所必需的有限权限。

你应对导入或手工录入数据的准确性负责。缺失的价格、汇率、公司行动或错误源记录都可能影响计算结果。

4. Plans, trials, and payment

FREE is available without charge. PRO is offered at USD 1.90 per month or USD 9.90 per year for Global customers, with a 7-day free trial. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Unless canceled before the trial or billing period ends, PRO renews automatically for the selected interval. Global checkout and billing are provided by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle's checkout shows the final amount before you confirm payment.

You may cancel through the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not delete your factual investment records. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy.

FREE 免费提供。全球版 PRO 为每月 1.90 美元或每年 9.90 美元，并提供 7 天免费试用；适用税费可能在结账时另行计算。

如果未在试用期或当前计费周期结束前取消，PRO 将按所选周期自动续费。全球版结账和计费由 Paddle 作为记录商户处理，确认付款前会显示最终金额。

你可以通过 Paddle 客户门户取消。取消会停止后续续费，但不会删除事实投资记录。退款申请按《退款政策》处理。

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and calculations reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, law, provider changes, or product development.

If a material change negatively affects a paid plan, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

我们会努力保持服务可用和计算可靠，但不承诺服务永不中断或完全无误。因安全、法律、供应商变化或产品开发需要，我们可能合理调整、暂停或停止部分功能。

如果重大变更对付费方案产生不利影响，我们会在可行范围内提前通知。本条款不限制消费者依法享有的强制性权利。

6. Disclaimer and liability

Investment decisions remain entirely yours. Historical results and hypothetical paths do not predict future performance. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for trading losses, missed opportunities, or decisions made in reliance on the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable mandatory consumer protections.

投资决定完全由你自行作出。历史结果和假设路径不能预测未来表现。在法律允许的范围内，我们不对交易损失、错失机会或基于本服务作出的决定负责。

本条款不排除依法不能排除的责任，包括适用的强制性消费者保护。

7. Ending use and contact

You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time. We may restrict an account that materially breaches these terms, while preserving legally required access, export, or notice rights.

Questions about these terms may be sent to rrrr.zhao@gmail.com. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator's place of establishment, subject to mandatory rules that protect you in your country or region.

你可以随时停止使用服务或申请删除账户。对于严重违反本条款的账户，我们可能限制其使用，同时保留法律要求的数据访问、导出或通知权利。
